Brett Rudolph

Founder/Broker

Brett Rudolph offers more to his clients than guided home tours and swift property sales. He is a skilled professional with a passion for results. And his proven expertise in agriculture and finance allow him to exceed every expectation his clients set forth.

“With my investment background and knowledge of economic trends and indicators, I provide a different talk track that appeals to sophisticated buyers and sellers,” says Brett. “Additionally, our team is full service. We work with many out of state buyers and pride ourselves on taking the leg work out of the process by hiring and working with trusted contractors, attending inspections, and making the entire experience seamless.”

Coupled with his reputation for going the extra mile, Brett holds a position on one of the most sought-after real estate teams in Summit County, led by longtime real estate expert, Krystal Knott. Brett is proud to call Colorado home, but he got his start in Nebraska, working in diversified agricultural operations and raising cattle, corn, soybeans, and hay. This gives him a distinct advantage when advising clients on ranch operations in Colorado.

Originally born and raised in the Cornhusker State, Brett earned a degree in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Banking and Finance from the University of Nebraska. Right out of college, he accepted a role as an Agricultural and Commercial lender, further adding to his knowledge of mortgage lending. Later, he became Vice President of a bank and personally managed a portfolio spanning $50 million in loans. After moving to Dillon, Colorado to work as an investment advisor for Edward Jones, Brett grew his book of business by 57% in assets, then set his sights on a career where every facet of his skillset could be used.

Today, Brett’s stellar track record and personalized approach make him a highly valued partner for those looking to buy, sell, or invest in Summit County. He currently lives in Frisco, just two blocks off of historic Main Street, and prizes its walkability to town for happy hour, dinner, or live concerts in the park. When he is not securing deals, Brett can be found embracing the Summit County lifestyle, from mountain biking, back country skiing, and hiking, to backpacking, paddle boarding, and hunting with his nine-year-old yellow lab.

If you are considering a move, contact Brett. He would be more than happy to discuss what today’s market conditions mean for you and locate your perfect Summit County home.
