Don and his wife Dianna moved to Breckenridge in 1987 where they have raised their two children.  Don is a register Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado and served as the Breckenridge Town Engineer for nine years.  In 1996 he was hired as project manager for the community’s premier residential and commercial developer.   Don enjoys skiing, golf, fishing, hiking and boating.

My twenty three years of direct involvement in the growth of the Breckenridge area has awarded me with unique and invaluable knowledge of the community.  Dianna and I have been actively involved in the community’s social aspects and I am proud to list on my resume the development of such notable projects as the Blue River Walkway, the Highlands at Breckenridge, the Shock Hill Subdivision, the Cottages at Shock Hill, Westridge Subdivision and Corkscrew Flats. Jake was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Breckenridge in 1989. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Marketing. Lori & Scott Mitchell chose to relocate to the Colorado Mountains from Phoenix, Arizona in 1991. We've watched the Summit County area grow and change. Matt has been in Summit County since 1998, enjoying both winter and summer outdoor sports.  However, what is keeping him busiest as of late is the newest addition to their family, Emmaline Sierra Eilers, born 3/31/09.  Matt has almost a decade of real estate experience. Matt serves both buyers and sellers in Summit County.   Matt has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of owning and managing real estate.  Prior to his real estate experience, Matt was trained in the loan industry and has worked in the 1031 exchange field. In addition, he owns real estate both locally and overseas for a variety of purposes ranging from short term rental income producing properties to vacant land in New Zealand. 

Sharon is a native of North Carolina and has been in Summit County since 1998. For 20 years, she was owner and director of Dancebeat, Inc. in Cary, North Carolina. Her experience in business and working with the public is most extensive. She has expertise with closing deals for both buyers and sellers and believes in making her customers objectives her main priority. She has a very strong work ethic and will diligently strive to find the home or investment property of your dreams.

Stuart moved to Summit County from Denver in 1998.  While living in Denver, he would come up to Summit County as much as he could to enjoy the year round outdoor activities.  Stuart and his wife, Jolene, had decided to move and live the mountain lifestyle they had enjoyed so much from afar.  Since moving to Summit County they have had 2 children, Julia and Kevin.
